My Journey

My journey began with a simple idea: to create opportunities where none existed. Over the years, I’ve built businesses, transformed industries, and empowered individuals—not to prove something to others, but to stay true to the belief that meaningful change starts with purposeful action.

Transforming the Poultry Industry

In 2014, I founded Ibrahim Protein Farms, stepping into the male-dominated poultry industry with a vision for change. It was Pakistan’s first fully automated controlled poultry shed, managing 50,000 chicks per cycle with stringent global biosecurity standards. This wasn’t just about running a business—it was about rewriting the rules of what women could achieve in the sector.

Scaling Luxury Transportation

In 2012, I founded Islamabad Limousine® with a modest fleet of five cars and a small team. Over time, I expanded operations in partnership with Careem, scaling the fleet to 77 vehicles and earning the title of exclusive partner for Islamabad.

Through relentless research and experimentation, I developed three organic medicines, achieving zero disease outbreaks for over a decade. Ibrahim Protein Farms grew into a certified SME recognized for international trade by the Chamber of Commerce, setting new benchmarks for sustainability and innovation in the industry.

Understanding the need for premium services, I pivoted to focus on high-end luxury transportation, creating a fleet of 20 luxury vehicles catering to embassies, international delegations, and corporate clients. Today, Islamabad Limousine® is synonymous with reliability and excellence, supported by a workforce of 75 employees who embody our core values of safety and customer-centricity.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

Mentorship has been the heart of my journey. Over the past decade, I’ve mentored countless women through organizations like UNDP and We-create, focusing on financial literacy, operational strategy, and leadership development.

In the past year alone, I’ve worked with 17 women entrepreneurs, dedicating over 100 hours to coaching and helping them launch sustainable businesses. My work with Chamakte Sitaray NGO, mentoring orphaned girls to develop small startups, has been particularly fulfilling, fostering resilience and self-reliance among marginalized communities.

Leadership and Organizational Excellence

Since 2017, I’ve been serving as the CEO of Blanchard® Pakistan, where I’ve designed and delivered leadership development programs for clients such as CCI, Ubank, PTCL, Allied Bank, and Servis.

My work focuses on succession planning, business process improvement, and equity-driven leadership programs. These initiatives have empowered organizations to build equitable workplaces, improve operational efficiency, and develop future leaders. I’ve conducted workshops that challenge systemic biases and promote inclusive leadership, aligning organizational goals with actionable strategies.

Philanthropy and Social Impact

Philanthropy drives much of what I do. From conducting capacity-building workshops in urban and rural areas to coaching women in cottage industries, I’ve sought to empower individuals with the tools they need to thrive.

Through my mentorship and coaching programs, I’ve helped create ripple effects of change. My initiatives with women entrepreneurs, particularly in underserved communities, have fostered resilience, economic independence, and long-term sustainability.

Academic Contributions

My academic journey reflects a commitment to bridging the gap between research and real-world application. Holding a Ph.D. in Engineering Management with a specialization in Business Process Improvement (BPI), alongside an MS in Engineering Management focusing on Project Management, my work centers on creating innovative frameworks for optimizing processes, accelerating organizational change, and ensuring sustainable growth. My BS in Computer Science provided a strong foundation in data analysis and technological problem-solving, shaping my approach to research and strategic decision-making.
