A New Path in Poultry

When I stepped into the poultry industry 12 years ago, I was met with skepticism. This wasn’t a place for women, they said. But I wasn’t there to listen—I was there to lead. I built a fully automated poultry shed with the capacity to raise 50,000 chicks per cycle, focusing on biosecurity and innovation. Over the years, I developed 3 unique organic solutions that ensured zero disease outbreaks for more than a decade. This wasn’t just about farming—it was about proving that boundaries don’t define us, and neither does tradition.

The Journey of Luxury

My first venture was a rent-a-car business with 5 cars. It wasn’t glamorous, but it had potential. Over time, I grew the fleet to 77 vehicles through a partnership with Careem. But something told me this wasn’t the end of the road. In 2 years, I pivoted to high-end luxury cars, creating a fleet of 20 premium vehicles to cater to a growing clientele. For me, it wasn’t just about scaling—it was about understanding what people needed and building something that added real value to their lives.

Changing Lives by Mentoring

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone you’ve mentored succeed. Over the past 12 months, I worked with 17 incredible women, guiding them as they built their businesses from the ground up. We had 100+ hours of strategy sessions, tackled countless challenges, and celebrated every milestone. Watching their ideas take flight reminded me why I do what I do: to ensure that no one walks this journey alone.

My Takeaways from Life

Life has taught me that complacency and procrastination are the greatest barriers to growth. Every challenge I’ve faced has been a reminder that action, no matter how small, is the first step toward transformation. Resilience is built through consistent effort, and true empowerment comes when we break free from comfort zones. The journey isn’t about avoiding failure; it’s about learning, evolving, and moving forward with purpose and determination.
